The company is headquartered in Gurgaon and has networks in all towns of India, offering approved by international authorities processing and storage technology.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role, located in Bengaluru, for a Stem Cell Counsellor. The Stem Cell Counsellor will be responsible for educating potential clients about stem cell banking, providing professional advice about the benefits of cryopreservation, and securing enrolment to Cryoviva’s stem cell banking services. The Stem Cell Counsellor will also respond to queries from clients, complete documentation, and meet the targets assigned to their sales portfolio.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to understand and disseminate complex scientific and medical information
- High level of proficiency in Sales and marketing principles
- Proven experience in Sales Of Biotechnology/ Medical Equipment, Real estate or Banking industries is an advantage
- Ability to work collaboratively and productively in a team environment
- Fluent in local languages. Fluent in English is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Biology, Biotechnology, or a related field is preferred
KRA
● To efficiently manage the entire team/are assigned, motivate them and ensure that
they are following all the protocols related to various aspects of their responsibilities,
as per SOPs.
● To ensure the achievement of weekly/monthly/yearly Sales targets assigned to the
center.
● To appoint the required staff and manage them effectively by deploying them in
various market segments.
● To implement an effective sales & product training programme acceptable to the field
force through role plays on a weekly basis.
● Accompanying the team on client presentations, doctor visits & other on field activities
from periodically to monitor them.
● Build relations with Key doctors per account to have stable organic business growth
● To implement & monitor incentive schemes of the pre-sales team and motivate them
to achieve their sales targets.
● To review their performances through one on one sessions periodically.
● To plan and execute grass-root promotion at the center
● To keep the team informed on the latest developments in the industry.
● To Keep the team informed on updates in processes & promotions of the company.
● To ensure all accounting matters are maintained as per the SOP.
● To support other departments and peer groups to do their role effectively to achieve
customer satisfaction.
● To track competition activities in the market and take steps to counter it.
● To ensure overall smooth functioning of the office.
● Any other work as assigned by the superior from time to time
