Job Title: Infor Workforce Management SpecialistThe role of a support specialist in workforce management requires expertise in resolving configuration or data-related issues with level 2 and 3 support for Infor Workforce Management.Key Responsibilities:This position involves providing permanent solutions to identified problems, collaborating closely with business users to understand issues and provide workarounds, configuring or troubleshooting new and existing rules, pay rules, pay codes, calculation groups, and validations. The role also entails supporting integration flows with third-party systems such as Infor HRT, Payroll, and Time Clocks.Leverage Cronos reporting tool to build custom reports as desired and prepare functional documentation including updating knowledgebase, SOPs, troubleshooting guides. Provide end-user training or coaching as required. Monitor batch jobs, system health, and interfaces on a daily basis.Requirements:Experience: At least 5 years of hands-on experience with Infor Workforce Management (latest versions preferred – v7+, Infor CloudSuite WFM).Modules: Strong understanding of Time & Attendance, Workforce Scheduling, Attendance Management, Labor Forecasting & Budgeting, and Pay Rules.Infor WFM Workbrain Configuration: Experience with Infor WFM Workbrain configuration and rule building.Mongoose Platform and Infor ION Workflows: Familiarity with Mongoose platform and Infor ION workflows (preferred).Troubleshooting and Analytical Skills: Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills; ability to read logs and debug errors.
