Senior Payroll Analyst Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Payroll Analyst to oversee full-cycle payroll operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely payroll completion using ADP Workforce Now.Key Responsibilities:Process end-to-end payroll, including data validation, timesheet management, earnings calculation, deductions, bonuses, and tax withholdings.Perform payroll reconciliations and prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws and regulations.Troubleshoot and resolve payroll discrepancies and system issues in a timely and professional manner.Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to maintain data accuracy and streamline workflows.Develop and implement payroll process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.Provide exceptional customer service by addressing and resolving employee payroll inquiries promptly and professionally.Required Skills and Qualifications:Detailed knowledge of payroll laws and regulations, including federal, state, and local requirements.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Ability to work accurately under pressure and meet deadlines.Strong organizational and time management skills.Experience with payroll software, such as ADP Workforce Now.What We Offer:A dynamic and supportive work environment.Ongoing training and development opportunities.A competitive salary and benefits package.
