Job Title: eTime Implementation SpecialistLocation: IndiaType: contract (11 months)Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced eTime Implementation Specialist to support the configuration, testing, and deployment of the ADP Enterprise eTIME module. The role involves close collaboration with payroll and HCM teams, ensuring seamless integration, accurate data validation, and successful user adoption. This is a client-facing position requiring strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage project deliverables in a fast-paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesConfigure and implement ADP Enterprise eTIME module.Document business requirements, configuration decisions, and workflows.Conduct integration testing with payroll and HCM modules.Support data gathering, mapping, and validation activities.Participate in client meetings and capture/document requirements.Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Parallel testing; troubleshoot and resolve issues.Prepare training materials and support user onboarding.Track project milestones and deliverables; escalate risks to the Project Manager.Monitor project timelines and provide regular status updates.Deliver training sessions and provide post-go-live support.Maintain documentation of configuration settings, workflows, and user guides.Required Skills & QualificationsMinimum 2+ years of hands-on experience with ADP GlobalView and eTime implementation.In-depth knowledge of ADP GlobalView and eTime timekeeping concepts.Strong analytical and organizational skills.Advanced proficiency in Excel and data analysis.Excellent communication and documentation abilities.Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.Why Join UsThis role offers the opportunity to work on a global implementation project, gain exposure to enterprise-level HR and payroll systems, and contribute to successful digital transformation initiatives.
