Job OpportunityThe Oracle Cloud HCM Functional Lead position involves overseeing MNC in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will possess 8-10 years of expert domain knowledge in Human Capital Management covering the employee lifecycle.Applicants must have been part of at least five end-to-end HCM implementations, with at least two being with HCM Cloud. They should also have extensive working experience in one or more of these modules: Benefits, Compensation, US Payroll, Core HR, Absence Management, and OTL.A strong understanding of HCM Cloud business processes and data flow is essential. Candidates must also possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, drive, adaptability, teamwork abilities, problem-solving skills, influencing, and negotiation capabilities as well as organizational awareness and sensitivity.The successful candidate will assist in identifying, assessing, and resolving complex functional issues/problems.
