Job Overview:As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining technical components within Oracle HCM Cloud. This includes extracting data from various systems, creating formulas to automate business processes, and designing BI Publisher reports to provide actionable insights.Additionally, you will provide technical support for Core HR, Absence, Payroll, Talent & Recruiting modules, ensuring seamless functionality and resolving any issues that may arise.Your expertise in building interfaces and integrations with Oracle HCM Cloud will enable us to enhance our HR processes and improve overall efficiency.Furthermore, you will collaborate closely with HR stakeholders to gather requirements and design solutions tailored to their needs.You must possess strong technical knowledge in areas such as HDL, HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas, OTBI, and BIP.
