Job Title: e Time Implementation Specialist Location: India Type: contract (1 year) Role Overview We are seeking an experienced e Time Implementation Specialist to support the configuration, testing, and deployment of the ADP Enterprise e TIME module. The role involves close collaboration with payroll and HCM teams, ensuring seamless integration, accurate data validation, and successful user adoption. This is a client-facing position requiring strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage project deliverables in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Configure and implement ADP Enterprise e TIME module. Document business requirements, configuration decisions, and workflows. Conduct integration testing with payroll and HCM modules. Support data gathering, mapping, and validation activities. Participate in client meetings and capture/document requirements. Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Parallel testing; troubleshoot and resolve issues. Prepare training materials and support user onboarding. Track project milestones and deliverables; escalate risks to the Project Manager. Monitor project timelines and provide regular status updates. Deliver training sessions and provide post-go-live support. Maintain documentation of configuration settings, workflows, and user guides. Required Skills & Qualifications Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience with ADP Global View and e Time implementation . In-depth knowledge of ADP Global View and e Time timekeeping concepts. Strong analytical and organizational skills. Advanced proficiency in Excel and data analysis. Excellent communication and documentation abilities. Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
