Key ResponsibilitiesCulture & PerformanceBuild and sustain a people-first, performance-first culture rooted in care, courage, and accountability.Design rituals, programs, and communication that reinforce values while driving excellence.Create a high-trust environment where feedback is welcomed and performance standards are clear.Talent Development & GrowthPartner with leaders to set bold goals, while ensuring employees have the tools, support, and coaching to meet them.Lead leadership and manager development programs that combine empathy with execution.Build succession planning and career pathing frameworks to retain and grow high-potential talent.Employee ExperienceEnsure the employee journeyfrom hiring to exit—is thoughtful, transparent, and aligned with our culture.Build recognition systems that celebrate both results and behaviors that embody our values.Continuously measure and improve engagement, belonging, and retention.Organizational EffectivenessDevelop performance management frameworks that balance accountability with development.Use people analytics to track impact (attrition, productivity, engagement) and recommend actions.Strengthen collaboration between teams through structures, tools, and facilitation.People Operations.Guide managers to become effective culture and performance stewards.What We're Looking For8+ years of experience in HR / People & Culture / Organizational Development, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.Experience building cultures that balance empathy with high performance.Strong knowledge of HR systems, policies, and organizational development.Ability to influence senior leaders while being hands-on in execution.A track record of improving engagement, retention, and performance outcomes.Courageous, empathetic, and results-oriented in equal measure.
