Policies and processes are defined to set limits and provide direction rather than rigid and inflexible rulesCreate and maintain detailed and accurate documentation of all transactionsCommunicate key Customer purchase terms and conditionsReconcile sales order submissions to provide accurate booking packagesAssist Sales and OM in resolving discrepancies with bookingMaintain data integrity in all transactionsOther Non-essential Functions (Key Result Areas)Other duties as assigned by the ManagerSkillsStrong interpersonal qualitiesStrong creativity and problem-solving skillsStrong communication skillsStrong PC and Sales Force system skills
