COB Process SpecialistWe are seeking an experienced COB Process Specialist to provide technical support and expertise for our transaction processing operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate processing of transactions, resolving issues and escalating as needed.Key Responsibilities:Provide technical support and troubleshooting for COB processes, identifying and resolving any issues that may arise during the process.Monitor COB processes, collaborating with stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical problems, leveraging in-depth knowledge of T24/Transact system architecture.Administer and maintain the T24 system, ensuring it is properly configured and optimized for COB operations.Collaborate with IT teams to resolve technical issues and implement system updates.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.5+ years of experience in T24, with a focus on providing technical support and troubleshooting for COB processes.In-depth knowledge of T24/Transact system architecture.Familiarity with ITIL framework and service management best practices.Certifications: T24 certification or equivalent experience.
