Job Title: Process Automation Project LeadAbout the RoleWe are seeking a skilled project lead to facilitate the delivery of robotic process automation (RPA) projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in project management, resource planning, and stakeholder communication.Key Responsibilities:Lead cross-functional teams comprising consultants, developers, and clients to deliver RPA projects on time, within budget, and to desired quality standards.Develop and implement project management plans, tracking milestones, and coordinating meetings with client stakeholders.Collaborate with business and technical specialists to understand requirements and coordinate solution design, testing, and deployment activities.Coordinate resource allocation, assignment, onboarding, equipment provisioning, and user access to target applications.Mitigate risks identified by the Delivery Manager to prevent development, testing, or deployment roadblocks.Qualifications and Skills:Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or Information Management or equivalent education and experience.Minimum of 2 years of project management experience.Excellent planning, problem-solving, project management, and leadership skills.Strong understanding of IT delivery methodologies (ITIL, Agile, Lean, etc.)Prior experience leading similar projects in robotics process automation (i.e., Blue Prism, UiPath, or Automation Anywhere)Leadership skills to inspire team members to achieve goals and pursue excellence.Desired Characteristics:Self-motivated and able to take initiative with minimal supervision.Effective communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.Highly motivated, organized, and methodical, with ability to handle change.Analytical and proven problem-solving skills.High emotional IQ.Excellent organizational and time management skills.Compensation and Benefits:Hiring immediately for start dateSalary: Competitive pay determined by level and experienceBenefits: Healthcare, relocation, vacation, holidays
