This requires excellent analytical skills, strong communication abilities, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.As an Ad Reconciliation Specialist, you will have the opportunity to leverage your expertise in Google Ads refund workflows, billing investigations, and advertiser credit processes to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:Direct experience with Google Ads refund workflows, billing investigations, and advertiser credit processesStrong analytical skills with the ability to identify and document billing discrepanciesHigh attention to detail with strong case-handling and documentation disciplineExcellent communication and problem-solving skills, including the ability to explain findings clearly to internal teamsAbility to work independently in a remote, results-driven environmentProficiency with Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and case-tracking toolsExperience in finance, accounting, risk, ad operations, or digital media is an advantagePrior experience in Google Ads support queues (US/APAC markets preferred) is highly desirable
