Inside Sales & Renewals Specialist

Job Location: Noida Sector-1

Required Qualifications

Vision for Role


We are looking for a proactive and detail oriented Inside Sales & Renewals Specialist to join our team. This role is essential in building strong client relationships, managing renewals effectively, and maximizing revenue opportunities.


Key aspects include:

  • Overseeing and coordinating the entire renewal process with a customer-centric approach.
  • Conducting timely follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and renewals.
  • Maximizing revenue collection and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling. Supporting the Sales team in achieving renewal targets.
Roles & Responsibilities Customer Communication
  • Initiate timely and proactive communication with clients nearing renewal to understand their needs and provide tailored renewal solutions.
  • Conduct follow-up calls and send emails to ensure a smooth and client-friendly renewal process.


Relationship Building and Support
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships by addressing client needs promptly and providing high-quality service.
  • Work closely with clients to identify additional value opportunities, enhancing overall client satisfaction and loyalty.
Renewal Tracking and Planning
  • Maintain a comprehensive tracking system for upcoming renewals.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify key renewal opportunities and are as for enhancing client relationships.
Revenue Collection
  • Follow up on outstanding payments and assist with any billing inquiries, ensuring timely revenue collection.


Sales Team Collaboration
  • Collaborate with the sales team to share insights, provide necessary information, and help achieve client renewal and up sell targets.
  • Contribute to identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities during the renewal process to drive revenue growth.


Required Skills
  • 1+ years in Inside Sales, Renewals, Customer Support, and Revenue Generation.
  • Strong understanding of post-sales Inside Sales and revenue generation processes.
  • Ability to effectively handle client renewals and close sales over the phone.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and sustain strong client relationships.
  • Well-networked and knowledgeable about the target community. Process-driven approach with strong organizational skills.
