Job OverviewWe are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Senior Implementation Specialist.Key ResponsibilitiesThe ideal candidate will have expertise in Powerscale/ Isilon, with a strong ownership and independent working style. He/she must possess excellent on-time task delivery skills.Cluster AdministrationAdminister and optimize PowerScale clusters across Multi-protocol environments (NFS/SMB/HDFS/S3).SyncIQ and SnapshotsIn-depth knowledge of SyncIQ (migrations, multi-directional replication, delta transfers, multi-protocol sync), Snapshots & SnapshotIQ, perform failovers, failbacks, resiliency, and DR testing.Cluster Lifecycle ManagementLead cluster lifecycle tasks including node addition, rebalancing, SmartFail, and tech refresh activities.Network ConfigurationConfigure and validate network connectivity (VLANs, LACP, MTU, routing, DNS, NTP) and work with security teams on firewall rules.AD IntegrationsHandle AD integrations across multi-domain/forest setups, including trusts, ID mapping, and authentication troubleshooting.HDFS Workload OptimizationOptimize PowerScale for HDFS workloads (Hive, Impala, Empower) when required.ITIL ComplianceFollow ITIL processes for change, incident, and problem management, ensuring clear documentation.Required Skills and QualificationsThe ideal candidate should have:Large Cluster SupportExperience supporting large clusters (25–70+ nodes).Vulnerability ManagementKnowledge of vulnerability management.Client-Facing RolesExperience in client-facing roles in enterprise environments.Why Choose Us?This is where you can highlight your company culture, benefits, or anything else that sets you apart from other employers.
