Job SummaryA Functional Specialist drives process improvements and system enhancements across key business domains. Key responsibilities include partnering with leadership to design and implement process improvements, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and supporting evolving financial planning and analysis needs.ResponsibilitiesPartner with Finance leadership to drive process improvements in areas such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Budgeting, and Financial Reporting.Ensure compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements while leveraging D365FO capabilities.Support evolving financial planning and analysis needs, including advanced reporting and integration with Business Intelligence platforms.Procurement & Supply Chain ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with Procurement to enhance supplier onboarding, sourcing, contract management, and purchasing workflows.Configure and optimize D365 Procurement & Sourcing modules to ensure cost-effective and compliant processes.Support supply chain visibility by aligning procurement with warehouse and fulfillment operations.Call Center & Customer Service ResponsibilitiesWork with Customer Service/Call Center leaders to refine sales order processing, customer interactions, and case management workflows.Ensure the system supports high service levels, efficient resolution, and integration with fulfillment and financial transactions.Develop processes that improve customer experience, retention, and responsiveness.Fulfillment & Warehouse Operations ResponsibilitiesPartner with Warehouse leadership to ensure accurate and efficient use of D365FO Warehouse Management (WMS).Enhance workflows for inventory accuracy, order fulfillment, and logistics execution.Support workforce adoption of SOPs, handheld/scanning devices, and real-time reporting.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or related field.5+ years of ERP functional experience.Demonstrated expertise in at least two functional areas.Strong ability to document requirements, map processes, and configure D365FO modules.Excellent interpersonal skills.
