We are looking for individuals with 7-15 years of experience to help us lead the design, coordination and execution of luxury business hotels, retail malls and commercial mixed-use developments across India. You will work in a lean team, conceptualizing, managing and coordinating large scale services-intensive projects. You will operate in an environment that places an emphasis on excellence, speed and delivery, and which offers unparalleled opportunities for professional exposure and growth. This role will be based at our Bangalore HQ on Museum Road.

You should have:

- A Master's or Bachelor's degree in Architecture from a reputed university
- 7-15 years of post-qualification experience with a well-known design firm, most of it managing large scale projects.
- Previous Projects Experience encompassing architectural design & coordination of any or all of the following:
- Branded Hotels
- Luxury Resorts
- Retail Malls
- Mixed Use Developments
- Strong organizational, creative and problem-solving skills
- An exceptional sense of initiative and strong leadership skills
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills are a must
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Sketchup, Lumion & other design software.
- Knowledge of BIM - whether operational or academic - would be an advantage
