Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Interior Designer with 5-7 years experience. The Senior Interior Designer will be responsible for space planning, interior design, creating interior detail drawings, interior decoration, and selecting furniture, fixtures and equipment (FF&E), coordinating with various contractors, vendors and suppliers, site visits and interfacing with client. The role will involve overseeing the design process, collaborating with clients and architects, and ensuring quality and creativity in every project.


Qualifications

  • Space Planning and Architecture and Interior Design skills
  • Experience in Construction Drawings and Interior Design details
  • Experience with FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment)
  • Strong design portfolio showcasing relevant projects
  • Strong attention to detail and project management skills
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, Lumion/ Escape
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal abilities and presentation skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
