Position Overview : We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Interior Designer to lead design projects and manage a team of junior designers.

This role requires both creative vision and leadership capabilities to ensure seamless client interactions, design execution, and on-site coordination.

As a team lead, you will manage the entire project lifecycle, from the initial client consultation through to project completion.

Key Responsibilities : • Client Consultation : Act as the primary point of contact for new and existing clients, understanding their requirements, presenting design ideas, and managing expectations throughout the project.

• Team Leadership : Assign projects to junior designers, monitor their progress, and provide guidance to ensure high-quality output that aligns with client expectations and project timelines.

• Project Management : Oversee the complete design process, including design presentations, feedback loops, material selection, and delivery timelines.

• Site Coordination : Collaborate closely with site supervisors to ensure that design plans are executed accurately and efficiently.

Troubleshoot any issues that arise on-site and keep the client informed of progress.

• Vendor & Material Management : Coordinate with vendors for timely procurement of materials and ensure quality checks.

• Client Relations : Manage client communications at all stages of the project, ensuring client satisfaction and addressing concerns or changes in a timely manner.

• Budget Oversight : Maintain control over project budgets and schedules, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within financial constraints.

• Reporting : Provide regular updates to senior management regarding project status, team performance, and client satisfaction.

Requirements : • Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or Architecture.

• Minimum 6-8 years of experience in interior design, with at least 2 years in a project management or team leadership role.

• Strong design portfolio demonstrating creativity and technical skills.

• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

• Proficiency in design software such as Auto CAD, Sketch Up, or similar tools.

• Experience in managing client relationships and leading teams.

• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
