About Us: IAssess Consultants LLP is a leading skill assessment company in India, recognized by NCVET and a preferred partner of the Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship under the Government of India. Since 2015, we have assessed over 212,000 individuals across sectors such as telecom, electronics, furniture, power, media, sports, and construction. We also provide assessment services to corporate clients for candidate screening during campus and regular recruitment drives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Service Delivery Management: Oversee and lead service delivery for government clients, ensuring timely and successful project completion.
- Client Coordination: Manage front-end client interactions and supervise the backend assessment team to ensure smooth operational workflows.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure high standards and quality of question banks for various job roles.
- Software Management: Maintain and oversee software portals for question bank generation and application.
- Relationship Management: Develop and sustain strong relationships with field assessors and vendors.
- Project Management: Plan, execute, and monitor assessments for government projects, ensuring compliance with scope and budget constraints.
- Client Relationship Development: Cultivate and manage client relationships to ensure high satisfaction with our services.
Preferred Background:
- Industry Experience: Prior experience in the education sector or academics is highly preferred.
- Qualifications: BE, BTech, or MBA is preferred.
- Experience: At least 5 years of experience in team handling and operations management.
- Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Travel: Open to travel, including trips to Delhi at least twice a month for 2-3 days each time.
