Academic Programme CoordinatorThe Academic Programme Coordinator plays a pivotal role in implementing curriculum and activities across centers, ensuring seamless supervision and auditing processes, and fostering collaborative relationships with Headmistresses and Teachers staff.Curriculum Implementation: Develop and execute comprehensive curriculum plans to enhance learning outcomes.Centre Supervision: Conduct regular site visits to oversee centre operations, identify areas for improvement, and provide actionable feedback.Communication: Maintain open lines of communication with Headmistresses, Teachers staff, and other stakeholders to ensure effective coordination and resolve any issues that may arise.Information Management: Collect, analyze, and present critical centre data to inform strategic decisions and drive business growth.Admissions Management: Monitor and manage admissions processes at centres to ensure smooth onboarding of new students.Public Relations: Develop and implement publicity strategies to promote centres and attract new students.Centre Setup: Establish new centres, including training and support for Heads of Centres, to drive expansion and growth.Professional Development: Design and deliver training programmes to enhance the skills and competencies of Heads of Centres and Teachers staff.Confidentiality and Discretion: Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with utmost discretion.Problem-Solving and Leadership: Demonstrate proactive problem-solving skills, lead by example, and empower team members to take ownership of their work.Collaboration and Teamwork: Foster a culture of collaboration, active listening, and constructive feedback to achieve common goals.Student Safety and Wellbeing: Prioritize student safety and wellbeing, establish clear boundaries, and ensure a secure learning environment.Meetings and Reporting: Attend regular meetings, provide timely updates, and submit periodic progress reports to Department heads.Policies and Guidelines: Ensure adherence to all policies and guidelines, and maintain accurate records of centre performance.Event Planning and Execution: Conceptualize, plan, and execute various events throughout the year to engage students, parents, and staff.Training and Development: Design and deliver training sessions to enhance the skills and competencies of Teachers staff and Heads of Centres.Headmistress Recruitment: Participate in the interview and appointment process for Headmistresses, ensuring selection of the most suitable candidates.Docket and Presentation Updates: Maintain up-to-date dockets and presentation materials for key stakeholders, including PJK.Mentorship and Support: Analyze centre performance, provide guidance and support to mentors, and facilitate knowledge sharing among centres.Reporting and Communication: Regularly update Director with vital centre information, ensuring seamless communication and informed decision-making.Social Media Management: Manage social media platforms for Prep, maintaining an engaging online presence and responding to parent queries and concerns.Marketing Workshops and Collaterals: Develop marketing-related workshops, collaterals, and materials to promote Prep's brand and values.
