As a Program Advisor, you will work closely with our team to sell our programs with a student-first mentality, providing white glove service and advising potential students as if they were family and friends.You will advise career changers on how our world-class education from top-tier universities can help launch them into high-growth careers.You will build and manage a pipeline of leads that have inquired about our programs.You will provide in-depth and customized information to interested students via phone and email.You will guide learners through the enrollment process by following up and building urgency without being pushy.You will adhere to our inside sales process, tools, and data management processes and workflow.Key Skills and QualificationsTo succeed in this role, you should possess:At least two years of inside sales/consultative selling experience with a consistent track record of exceeding targets in international edtech markets.Excellent verbal, written communication, listening, and critical thinking skills.A strong phone presence.The ability to make at least 120 dials and/or emails a day to connect with warm leads.Experience using a CRM (Salesforce preferred).A growth mindset and ability to implement feedback.The ability to manage and prioritize a large pipeline with different stages in the enrollment process that require follow-up.BenefitsWe offer a competitive compensation package and the opportunity to work with a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment.OthersPlease note that we value diversity and inclusion and are an equal employment opportunity employer.
