We're looking for a sharp, high-ownership Founder's office candidate to partner directly with our Founder/CEO and help drive the next phase of our growth. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role for someone who loves solving complex problems, driving execution, and working across functions.We are hiring across multiple portfolio companies hence open for candidate from any industry/function.Location: Delhi/Mumbai/BengaluruWhat You'll Do- Work with the Founder/CEO to define company priorities, OKRs, and strategic initiatives- Turn ideas into structured plans and ensure cross-functional execution- Deep-dive into business metrics and help drive org-wide performance- Build high-quality decks, investor updates, and communication for internal/external stakeholders- Run operating rhythms — reviews, dashboards, leadership meetings, all-hands- Lead special projects and 0→1 initiatives that require speed and founder-level trust- Partner with People/HR on culture, hiring, and org effectiveness- Act as a bridge across teams to maintain speed, alignment, and clarityWho You Are- 4–8 years of experience in consulting, investing, strategy/ops, or a Founder's Office/CoS role- Strong problem-solving, structured thinking, and analytical skills- Excellent communication and stakeholder management- High ownership, comfortable with ambiguity, thrives in fast-paced environments- Low ego, high EQ, and able to influence without authorityWhy This Role- Work directly with the Founder/CEO on the company's most important priorities- High learning curve, fast execution environment, massive exposure- Opportunity to shape strategy, culture, and operating systems- Strong career growth—future paths into Business Head, Ops/Strategy leadership, or COO-track roles
