Job Opportunity: We are seeking a skilled Implementation Manager to join our team.In this role, you will be responsible for executing the Client's Skillsbuild program through strategic partnerships across a specified geography. This involves program implementation and management, partner coordination, performance monitoring, internal management processes, quality assurance, feedback loop, and reporting.To succeed in this position, you will need a Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience. A minimum of 8 years' experience in program management/consulting and/or digital learning transformation roles is required. Strong communication skills, strategic thinking & project management expertise, and intense curiosity to learn are essential.Key Responsibilities:Program Implementation: You will oversee the execution of the Client's Skillsbuild program, ensuring timely and effective delivery.Partner Coordination: You will build and maintain strong relationships with partners across the specified geography, fostering collaboration and mutual understanding.Performance Monitoring: You will track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of the program.Internal Management Processes: You will develop and implement efficient internal processes to support program delivery.Quality Assurance: You will ensure that all aspects of the program meet high standards of quality.Feedback Loop: You will establish a regular feedback loop with stakeholders to ensure continuous improvement.Reporting: You will provide regular reports to stakeholders on program progress and outcomes.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.A minimum of 8 years' experience in program management/consulting and/or digital learning transformation roles.Strong communication skills.Strategic thinking & project management expertise.Intense curiosity to learn.Drive, self-motivation, and robust organisational skills.Benefits:This role offers a unique opportunity to work from home (or the office when needed) as part of a large virtual team.
