Job Overview:This role leads global business transformation initiatives focused on process efficiency, cost reduction, and quality improvement.Main Responsibilities:Develop and execute strategic transformation programs with measurable outcomes in productivity, billable utilization, and customer satisfaction.Cultivate the use of AI technologies like machine learning, generative AI, and predictive analytics across key functions such as quality assurance, workforce management, and content moderation.Rethink workflows using Lean Six Sigma methodologies to eliminate waste and minimize variation in critical business processes.Collaborate with business leaders, operations heads, and IT stakeholders to deliver successful transformation projects that yield tangible returns on investment.Drive the organizational shift towards greater digital maturity by promoting areas like citizen development, AI literacy, and digital transformation.Required Skills and Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field (Master's preferred).Six Sigma Black Belt certification is mandatory.At least 12 years of experience in BPO/KPO/Shared Services with significant ownership of large-scale transformation projects.5+ years of experience leading AI/ML initiatives with deep knowledge of model development, deployment, and governance.This position offers an exciting opportunity to drive strategic transformation using AI, data science, and Six Sigma.
