Job Title: Zonal Collection Manager – Vehicle Finance (Hard Bucket)Location: North IndiaBase location : DelhiVertical: Vehicle Finance (Cars, Commercial Vehicles, Construction Equipment, Tractor)Role Summary: Responsible for driving collections across the vehicle finance portfolio for Western India. Ensure recovery targets are met, NPAs are minimized, and legal/repossession actions are executed effectively.Key Responsibilities:Drive bucket-wise collection strategy (0-30,30+, 60+, 90+).Ensure legal actions (notices, repossession) are timely and compliant.Monitor collection performance, roll rates, and recovery costs.Lead MIS/reporting and suggest portfolio-level risk controls.Ensure regulatory and process compliance across channels.KPIs:Collection efficiency vs targetRoll rate and vintage movementCost per unit recoveryAgency performance and audit scoresLegal case resolution TATQualifications & Experience:Graduate/MBA with 10–15 years in vehicle finance collectionsStrong experience in field recoveries, repossession, and agency managementWilling to travel extensively within the zone
