Position Title: Talent Retention Specialist
Location: Mumbai, HO (Goregaon)
Reports To: Talent COE Lead

What You’ll Do:
Engage with Insights: Use insights from cutting-edge AI chatbot systems to create tailor made retention themes
Collaborate to Prevent: Partner with Channel HRBPs and Scrum Masters to design proactive strategies that address at-risk employees and boost retention.
Lead with Impact: Drive initiatives that inspire employee career growth, foster recognition, and improve organizational communication.
Develop Aligned Strategies: Team up with the Sales training group to ensure retention plans seamlessly integrate with employee development programs.
Measure What Matters: Build, refine, and evaluate retention programs while keeping a sharp focus on effectiveness and ROI.
Report for Success: Regularly share key metrics and actionable insights with HR leadership to highlight progress and areas for growth.
