Delta V Engineer/ Lead DeveloperTechnical/Functional SkillsDelta V Engineering and Operational supportKey Responsibilities- Design and Configuration: Develop and configure DeltaV DCS solutions in compliance with project requirements and industry standards- Commissioning and Qualification: Support the commissioning and qualification (C&Q) phase of new drug substance facilities, ensuring successful integration and operation of critical control systems- Operational Support: Provide operational and project support for PLC, DCS, Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), and ancillary data systems used to control and collect data for manufacturing operations- Troubleshooting: Resolve software and automation-related issues during the C&Q phase and ensure smooth system integration- Continuous Improvement: Be accountable for system performance, continuous improvement, and large-scale innovation- Required Qualifications:- Experience: Extensive hands-on experience with DeltaV control systems and a proven track record in commissioning and qualification of biopharma plants- Technical Skills: Strong technical skills in automation design, troubleshooting, and supporting software systems- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with industry standards such as ISA S-88, S-95, GAMP,GXP compliance.Experience Required- Experience: Extensive hands-on experience with DeltaV control systems and a proven track record in commissioning and qualification of biopharma plants- Technical Skills: Strong technical skills in automation design, troubleshooting, and supporting software systems- Experience on DeltaV-MES interface, L2 integrations, report development- Knowledge of ISA95/S88 standards & practical use of these standards in application design, Knowledge of Pharma manufacturing.- Good Communication and Analytical skills- Hands on Experience in Werum PAS-X Specification, Execution, Compliance & Performance Module- Configuration, Customization- Installation, Upgrade, Development and Configuration.- Knowledge of GxP, GAMP, 21 CFR Part 11Roles & Responsibilities- Delta V Engineer- Mentor and Build team- Client LiasoningIT Skills- Knowledge on SQL queries, C-Sharp, Java, PLC logic- User management and system profile creations.Generic Managerial Skills- Develop technology competency- Showcase Solution & delivery capability to prospect customers- Delivery accelerators development- Consulting template & artifacts development- Collaborate with other domain centric center of excellence for development of solution-based offerings
