Lead and develop a diverse, high-performing and innovative team of User Acceptance Testers including mentoring, utilizing best practices as a people manager and organizational leader
Manage user acceptance testing and organizing meetings and supporting training efforts to ensure effectiveness of UAT initiatives
Demonstrate a strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle and specifically UAT processes, best practices, and test methodologies
Ability to think creatively about designing test scenarios and end-to-end testing
Work closely with IT and cross-functional commercial and operational business teams to successfully drive, execute and deliver on defect resolutions
Oversee prioritization, tracking, validation, and resolution of defects with the Product Manager(s) and the IT teams.
Ability to explain technical and business processes and articulate in-depth knowledge of Digital Operations, user acceptance testing, and defect management process to a wide audience.

A Bachelor's degree in Business or Technology discipline, or related field and 6 + years of work experience is required.
~4+ years of experience in UAT, QA & Project Management.
~ Experience with SDLC and Agile.
~ Experience with tools such as Agility, QLM, QTest.
~ Familiarity with Defect Management.
~ Training and experience in project management, release management, process optimization, problem solving, facilitation and internal/external consulting is desired
~ Knowledge of Delta Air Lines and/or the airline industry, travel landscape and consumer behavior
Technical understanding of web/mobile applications and UI design preferred
Experience with Adobe Analytics (Omniture/Site Catalyst), Quantum Metric a plus
Experience with process improvement and streamlining based on new requirements
Experience with end-to-end testing of large projects
Experience with mainframe testing
Familiar with cloud technologies
Experience with Generative AI
