Job SummaryThe role is responsible for end to end ownership of Business and Experience delivery for the House of Curefit brands in a City. The role will ensure strategic goals are met by setting operational policies, creating and maintaining budgets, managing employees, and working with other key stakeholders. Understanding the core market nuances, supply constraints, team setup and dynamics are a key for the role. This role will be responsible for the overall management and profitability for the city, from aspirations to delivery. Key Responsibilities:Strategic & Operational Leadership- Translate the company’s vision and strategy into actionable operational plans. Drive operational excellence by setting performance standards, KPIs, and monitoring progressData driven decision making- This role will require ability to choose what investments to be made - when and where; backed by dataProcess orientation- Building things forscale would need a strong process orientation to ensure seamless deliveryCustomer understanding and focus- Understanding the core customer being serviced to tailor global solutions for the city will be key to success Leadership and people management- Strong connect with frontline and city staff, ability to motivate and inspire the team to deliverRetail cluster understanding- Understanding core areas and focus points within the city for building supply footprint Qualifications and Skills:Passion for Fitness and health - Strong inclination and being a proponent for healthy and active livingBeing hands on - Travel, Comfort to spend considerable time on ground where product is consumed and valued
