Kyzo isyour one-stop solution for fulfilling all construction material requirements, available seamlesslyvia web and app.Position Overview (3-8 years of experience in scaling from scratch & 10 to 100)The City Head will oversee the end-to-end business operations in Hyderabad — driving revenue,managing p&l, key relationships, and leading the city team toward consistent growth andprofitability. This role requires a strategic leader with hands-on execution ability, deep marketunderstanding, and strong commercial acumen.Key Responsibilities1. Leadership & Strategy● Lead the city’s P&L ownership — ensuring achievement of revenue, profitability, andgrowth targets.● Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team across sales, operations, and supportfunctions.● Drive alignment between city operations and the company’s strategic goals.● Identify local market trends, opportunities, and competitive insights to shape futurestrategy.● Represent Khidki Homes at industry forums, exhibitions, and networking events toenhance brand visibility.2. Operational Excellence & Execution● Oversee daily operations — ensuring on-time order fulfillment, customer satisfaction, andprocess compliance.● Work closely with the finance, supply chain, and logistics teams to manage order cyclesand collections.● Implement effective inventory and demand planning practices to reduce delays andwastage.● Review city-level dashboards and drive accountability through regular performancereviews.● Ensure adherence to brand, quality, and service standards across all city operations.3. Sales & Business Growth● Develop and execute a comprehensive sales plan to achieve monthly and annual targets.● Strengthen relationships with key dealers, channel partners, architects, and contractors.● Expand market reach through new client acquisition and channel development.● Negotiate commercial terms, ensure timely deal closures, and optimize sales conversionratios.● Collaborate with marketing to plan city-specific campaigns and activations that drive leadgeneration.● Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular insights to leadership.Required Skills & Competencies● Leadership: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver measurableoutcomes.● Sales Expertise: Strong background in operation. sales, channel management, or buildingmaterials/interiors industry.● Analytical Thinking: Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret metrics and guidestrategy.● Negotiation & Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on relationshipbuilding.● Operational Know-How: Understanding of supply chains, order fulfillment, and financialcoordination.● Proficiency in MS Office, CRM systems, and performance dashboards.Qualifications● Graduate/Postgraduate from IIT/NIT/BITS/VIT/MIT● 3+ years of experience starting things from scratch and scaling it from 0 to 1.● Prior experience managing city or regional-level business operations is strongly preferred.
