Key Responsibilities:Sales Management:Drive sales for the entire range of electrical products and solutions.Achieve sales targets through strategic planning and execution.Customer Relationship Management:Manage and grow relationships with assigned customers and territories.Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.Channel Management:Develop and manage channel partners to expand market reach.Monitor channel performance and provide necessary support and training.Promotional Activities:Organize and conduct sales promotion activities including:Mega seminarsTechnical presentationsWebinarsIn-Plant Trainings (IPTs)Product demonstrationsPromote digital products and solutions to enhance customer engagement.Technical Expertise:Possess strong understanding of electrical power distribution systems.Knowledge of Medium & Low Voltage Switchgear, Protection Relays, Power Factor Improvement equipment, and related technologies. Qualifications & Skills:Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field (preferred).Proven experience in B2B sales within the electrical industry.Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.Familiarity with digital tools and platforms for customer engagement.
