Cybersecurity ExpertWe are seeking a seasoned cybersecurity professional to lead our security efforts and drive the improvement of our IT security posture.The ideal candidate will proactively identify cybersecurity risks at a detailed and technical level, working closely with technology stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:• Identify and mitigate cybersecurity risks by designing technical solutions and implementing them in collaboration with appropriate teams.• Assess and evaluate the IT security aspects and cybersecurity risks of critical software, tools, systems etc. that we use to achieve our business objectives, especially in the context of cryptocurrency.• Work closely with the project management office to maintain and improve our Technology Risk Management compliance and ISO 27001 certification.• Monitor our systems, investigate cybersecurity alerts and respond to them appropriately while keeping senior management informed of emerging situations.Required Skills and Qualifications:• Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Computer Science or equivalent.• At least 5 years of relevant experience in financial institutions/fintechs.• Good appreciation of enhanced risks of cryptocurrency brings and how to mitigate these risks.• Strong understanding of TRM, ISO 27001, CIS or equivalent standards.• CISM/CISSP certification or equivalent.• Technical experience with using security tools.• DevSecOps experience is a plus.• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Bonus Points:• Familiarity with cryptocurrencies and their implications on cybersecurity.• Experience with MAS TRM and ISO 27001 certifications.About Us:We are a dynamic organization committed to building a secure and reliable ecosystem for digital assets.
