Visual Identity SpecialistWe are seeking a creative and skilled Visual Identity Specialist to join our team.The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio demonstrating their ability to conceptualize, visualize and deliver high-quality visual assets that align with our brand identity.This role is perfect for a designer who lives and breathes design, and has a passion for creating engaging and effective visual content.Key Responsibilities:Develop and strengthen our brand assets, including style guides and brand guidelines.Conceptualize and design high-quality visual assets, such as graphics and motion graphics, to support our digital marketing efforts.Work closely with our marketing team to ensure consistency across all channels and touchpoints.Collaborate with other designers and stakeholders to refine ideas and create cohesive visual solutions.Analyze and report on the performance of visual assets, identifying areas for improvement and making data-driven decisions.Requirements:Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign & Illustrator) and other design software suited for designing still and motion graphics.0-1 years of experience in designing for digital advertising on Facebook, Google, Instagram, and other platforms.Highly developed communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.Ability to think creatively and come up with innovative visual solutions.Detail-oriented and organized, with excellent time management skills.What We're Looking For:A powerful portfolio that showcases your creative capacity, aesthetic sensibilities, and technical expertise.Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and visual composition.Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.Passion for staying up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies.
