Job Description:We are seeking a strategic Financial Controller to oversee comprehensive financial operations, ensure robust tax compliance across federal regulations and provide actionable insights for company growth.This role demands deep expertise in US taxation policies including IRS guidelines and deductions while managing all aspects of financial reporting and controls.Prepare accurate financial statements under US GAAP, conduct variance analysis, deliver monthly/quarterly reports to leadership.Lead tax strategy, planning, compliance, and filings for federal, state, sales/use, payroll, and property taxes; optimize liabilities through credits, deductions, and transfer pricing while mitigating audit risks.Manage budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, internal/external audits and internal controls; identify cost savings and process improvements.Required Qualifications:Education: Bachelor's/Master's in Accounting, Finance or related fieldExperience: Seven years in corporate finance/controller roles, three years focused on US tax compliance and GAAP reportingCertification: Active CPA license with 150 credit hours
