We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Operations Lead to support our rapid expansion. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and regulatory compliance.Key Responsibilities:Develop and maintain robust internal controls, accounting policies, and financial procedures.Prepare monthly and quarterly management reports with insights and variance analyses.Oversee accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, invoicing, and reconciliation activities.Manage financial audits, tax filings, regulatory submissions, and compliance with relevant jurisdictions.Support strategic decision-making through financial modeling, scenario analysis, and business case development.Partner with cross-functional teams to monitor performance and optimize financial efficiency.Evaluate cost structures, pricing strategies, and profitability across programs.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline; ACCA, CPA, CA, or equivalent qualification preferred.Minimum 5–7 years of experience in finance or accounting roles, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory capacity.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Excel/financial modeling skills.Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
