The Role:We are looking for a dynamic, high-performing Business Head/ Industry Lead for the Banking& Financial Services vertical based in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have5–8 years of B2B SaaS sales experience, with a proven track record of selling to mid-sizedand large banks/ BFSI/ Insurance in India. You should have deep relationships in the banking industry and a strong understanding of the technology decision-making process in financial institutions.What You'll Do:● Own and drive revenue growth for the banking vertical across large and mid-sizedbanks.● Create and execute go-to-market strategies tailored to the Banking clients.● Build and nurture CXO-level relationships within banks.● Lead consultative sales conversations focused on solution selling, not just productpitching.● Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation and qualification to closure andaccount expansion.● Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Marketing, and Customer Success) to ensurestrong pre- and post-sales engagement.● Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to refine positioning and messaging.● Report pipeline metrics and forecasts to senior leadership regularly.You Are Someone Who:● Has 5–8 years of B2B sales experience in SaaS/technology products.● Proven success in selling to banks in India, especially mid to large-sized banks.● Based in Mumbai.● Deep understanding of the BFSI ecosystem, decision-making hierarchies, and digitaltransformation trends in banking.● Demonstrated ability to close enterprise deals and manage complex sales cycles.● Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.● Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities.Preferred Qualifications:● Prior experience in selling SaaS solutions to BFSI.● Existing network within banking CXOs, Business Heads.● Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, or a related field.What We Offer:● We hire for high ownership and therefore offer extreme independence.● We are driven purely by results and data: make your case and you'll get theresources you need.● You'll work with helpful, earnest people who also happen to be thoroughlycompetent and dedicated to building a lasting org.If you're a SAAS sales leader who thrives on challenges, wants to try unconventionalapproaches, and is ready to own results, we want to talk to you
