Role Summary
We seek a Hardware Project Coordinator & BOM Procurement Specialist to manage hardware projects and procurement. This role focuses on overseeing project timelines, coordinating cross-functional teams, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring timely, cost-effective procurement for defence and aerospace hardware.
Responsibilities
- Project Oversight: Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets.
- Team Coordination: Liaise between design, engineering, procurement, and suppliers.
- Supplier & BOM Management: Source components, maintain supplier relationships, and optimize costs.
- Quality & Documentation: Ensure quality standards in PCB assembly and maintain project documentation.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelors in Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field.
- Experience: 5+ years in project management or procurement in defence, aerospace, or similar sectors.
- Skills: Knowledge of PCB fabrication, strong negotiation abilities, BOM management, and proficiency in project management software (MS Project, Jira, etc.).
Preferred: Aerospace/defence experience and supply chain optimization.
