You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify new AI-driven opportunities within the Salesforce ecosystem.ResponsibilitiesThe key responsibilities of this role include:Designing, developing, testing, documenting, and deploying Salesforce solutions aligned with business requirements.Developing and deploying AI/ML models for real-time automation, forecasting, scoring, and decision-making.Integrating AI/ML models within Salesforce CRM to power intelligent data retrieval, opportunity insights, workflow automation, and personalized recommendations.Enhancing Salesforce applications using native AI capabilities (Einstein/Einstein GPT) and external technologies (Python-based models, Azure/AWS ML services).Monitoring, evaluating, and improving AI/ML model accuracy, performance, and user experience through continuous feedback loops.RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, or related discipline.5–7 years of experience in Power BI development and implementation.Strong expertise in AI/ML model building and deployment for real-time automation.Hands-on experience integrating AI/ML solutions with Salesforce CRM (Einstein/Einstein GPT + external ML frameworks).Solid knowledge of Generative AI, including transformers, LLMs, and RAG pipelines with vector databases.Skills and QualificationsThe ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise and excellent communication skills.
