You will collaborate closely with global product, engineering, and data science teams, working directly with senior stakeholders to capture requirements, design workflows, and ensure that AI-driven platforms meet customer and enterprise needs. From day one, you will be embedded in high-impact projects, supporting the rollout of AI-native products and platforms across financial services, energy and retail. Key Details: - Location: Offices in Pune, India (with global collaboration across the US and UK) - Compensation: Competitive base salary, performance incentives, and growth opportunities - Career Outlook: Be part of a flagship innovation hub, gaining global exposure while advancing into senior business analysis, product, or strategy leadership roles What You Will Lead and Deliver: - Partner with business and product stakeholders to translate strategic objectives into detailed AI solution requirements - Analyse, document, and optimise workflows where AI, GenAI, and automation can create measurable business impact - Support data-driven decision making by mapping business processes to data models, ensuring quality and alignment with AI applications - Work alongside engineering and data teams to validate requirements, track progress, and ensure successful delivery of AI-enabled platforms - Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and success metrics for AI projects, ensuring adoption and commercial outcomes are measurable - Act as the voice of the customer and the business within technical teams, ensuring solutions are user-centric, compliant, and scalable - Support change management, training, and stakeholder adoption initiatives as AI solutions roll out globally Role Overview: This is not traditional business analysis. As an AI Business Analyst, you will be at the heart of a new global innovation hub, where cutting-edge technology meets practical business application.
