AI Video Solutions EngineerWe are seeking a highly skilled engineer to join our team as an AI Video Solutions Engineer. As part of our project delivery and customer success department, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth deployment, onboarding, support, and delivery of AI-based video analytics projects.About the RoleKey Responsibilities:Project Deployment & SupportYou will assist in installation, configuration, and commissioning of Intozi video analytics systems. You will also coordinate with field engineers for camera integration, network setup, and hardware readiness. Additionally, you will conduct system testing, verification, and ensure readiness for PoCs and production deployments.Technical TroubleshootingYou will diagnose issues related to cameras, servers, GPUs, networking, and software components. You will work closely with the engineering team to resolve bugs, configuration errors, and site-specific challenges. Furthermore, you will provide L1/L2 support for customer queries and incident resolution.Monitoring & ReportingYou will monitor system health, alerts, and analytics performance through dashboards. You will prepare deployment reports, checklists, logs, RCA documents, and customer update reports. Additionally, you will track SLA compliance and ensure timely ticket closures.Customer CoordinationYou will interact with clients, system integrators, and partners for smooth project execution. You will conduct user training and help customers understand product workflows. Moreover, you will support demo setups, PoCs, and pilot deployments.Documentation & ProcessYou will maintain installation guides, site survey reports, network diagrams, and deployment documentation. You will ensure adherence to project timelines and quality standards.RequirementsTo succeed in this role, you will need:Technical Skills:Basic understanding of networking, IP cameras, NVR/VMS systems, and server hardware. Knowledge of Linux, command-line usage, and basic troubleshooting. Familiarity with AI/video analytics concepts (preferred). Exposure to cloud/on-prem deployments, GPUs, and Docker (added advantage).Soft Skills:Strong communication and customer-handling abilities. Ability to work under pressure during project go-live and PoC phases.
