Who You Are You identify yourself as an Artist for Brands. You are a fabulous designer when it comes to statics but your true strength is Motion Graphics. ● Developing strategy and Conceptualizing creative ideas for advertising campaigns, ensuring alignment with client objectives and brand identity ● Designing clear, concise, and persuasive ads for various mediums including print, digital, social media, video scripts, email campaigns, and any medium that your idea can take shape in ● Collaborating closely with copywriters, art directors, designers, and other team members - to bring creative concepts to life ● Conducting thorough research to understand target audiences, market trends, and competitor activities to inform content creation ● Optimizing and Refining creatives on feedback from the leadership team performance teams, clients, account managers, and internal stakeholders ● Ensuring all content output is compliant with brand guidelines, industry regulations, and best practices - quality and precision are key ● Promote team integration for ideas and output so designers / art directors collaborate with copywriters on creative ideas, which translate into thought through and cohesive output ● Staying up to date on emerging trends, technologies, and industry innovations to continually enhance creative output and share knowledge with other colleagues ● Mentoring and providing guidance to junior designers/ art directors, assisting in their professional development and growth ● Participating in client meetings, presentations, and pitches as needed, effectively communicating creative concepts and strategies to get approvals. ● Managing content creation within the budgets of clients and the agency ● Constantly thinking of innovative ideas for awards and motivating the team to think innovatively as well. Responsibilities ● Lead and inspire a team of designers, illustrators, and other creative professionals to produce high-quality visual content that aligns with client objectives and brand guidelines. ● Develop and present creative concepts and visual strategies that effectively communicate client messages and resonate with target audiences. ● Oversee the design process from concept to completion, ensuring that all deliverables meet quality standards, deadlines, and budget requirements. ●Collaborate with copywriters, account managers, and other stakeholders to brainstorm ideas, solve creative challenges, and achieve project objectives. ● Stay current with industry trends, design techniques, and emerging technologies to continuously enhance the agency's creative capabilities. ● Provide constructive feedback and guidance to team members to foster their professional growth and development. ● Act as a face for Crescent, representing our agency with professionalism and integrity in client meetings, presentations, and industry events. What You Need to Qualify for This Role ● Proven experience as an Art Director or in a similar creative leadership role within an advertising agency or related industry. ● Exceptional portfolio showcasing a diverse range of creative projects, including print ads, digital campaigns, branding initiatives, and more. ● Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After effect etc.). ● Strong conceptual thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate client briefs into visually compelling solutions. ● Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate creative concepts and ideas effectively. ● Demonstrated leadership abilities, including the ability to inspire and motivate team members, manage projects efficiently, and drive results. ● A passion for creativity, innovation, and pushing the boundaries of design to deliver impactful campaigns that resonate with audiences.
