We're looking for a seasoned Creative Director to lead our design and creative production function - someone who blends strategic thinking, hands-on creative direction, and strong leadership to deliver world-class digital experiences. • Oversee end-to-end creative and design process • Review and approve key creative outputs before client delivery • Lead ideation, campaign concepts, and brand direction • Collaborate with copy, tech, and account teams to align messaging and design • Contribute to new business pitches with strategic and creative inputs • Serve as the primary custodian of creative quality for assigned clients • Ensure design and creative solutions align with business goals and brand strategy • Lead and mentor designers, upgrading skill levels and ideation standards • Collaborate with account management and business heads on strategy and delivery • Participate in planning, budgeting, and scheduling to ensure timely, cost-effective delivery • Drive innovation by integrating emerging tools, tech, and design trends • Maintain high creative standards while balancing speed and efficiency • Contribute to agency reputation through award-winning and result-oriented work • Elevate creative output to meet global standards • Align creative strategy with client objectives and market relevance • Deliver all projects within timelines and cost estimates • Inspire and grow team capability through mentorship and feedback • Maintain high client satisfaction and retention through impactful design • Support business growth through pitches and strategic initiatives Must have : • 15+ years of experience in graphic design and digital creative fields • 5+ years in team leadership or management roles • Strong background in digital marketing, branding, and UX/UI design • Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills • Proven track record of delivering strategic, high-impact creative work • Deep understanding of web and mobile design systems, UX principles, and creative technologies • Calm, empathetic, and collaborative leader who balances creativity with business understanding
