Job OverviewProgrammatic Data StrategistWe are seeking an experienced Programmatic Data Strategist to drive the technical and operational performance of our programmatic stack.Key Responsibilities:Manage and Optimize Supply-Side Platforms (SSPs) and Demand-Side Platforms (DSPs): Oversee the setup, configuration, and optimization of SSP/DSP connections, ensuring seamless integrations and optimal delivery and revenue.Configure Endpoints, Macros, and Bid Streams: Set up and manage bid streams, macros, and endpoints to monitor fill rate, latency, and discrepancies.Detect and Resolve Invalid Traffic: Utilize tools such as HUMAN, Protected Media, Pixalate, IAS, and MOAT to detect and resolve invalid traffic, ensuring compliance with industry standards.Build Dashboards for Performance Tracking: Create data-driven dashboards in Looker, Data Studio, or Excel/Sheets to track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as eCPM, fill rate, and delivery trends.Collaborate with Partners: Work closely with demand and supply partners for quality assurance (QA), format validation, and compliance with ads.txt, sellers.json, VAST/VMAP requirements.Document Technical Setups: Document all technical setups and configurations, ensuring transparency and ease of collaboration with cross-functional teams.Requirements and Qualifications:Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of SSP/DSP connections, ad trafficking, and programmatic data management.Communication Skills: Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners.Problem-Solving Abilities: Proven problem-solving skills to identify and resolve complex technical issues.Adaptability: Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and project requirements.What We Offer:Competitive Compensation Package: A competitive salary and benefits package that rewards your hard work and dedication.Ongoing Training and Development: Opportunities for professional growth and development through training, mentorship, and continuous learning.Collaborative Work Environment: A dynamic and supportive team environment that fosters innovation, creativity, and teamwork.
