Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Infor WFM Administrator to manage our workforce management system.About the Role:System Setup and Maintenance: Configure and maintain the Infor WFM system to meet client needs, ensuring seamless functionality and optimal performance.User Support: Provide end-user assistance by addressing inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and offering guidance on system usage, enhancing user satisfaction and productivity.Integration: Collaborate with IT teams to integrate Infor WFM with other relevant systems, streamlining processes and improving data accuracy.Reporting and Analytics: Develop and generate reports to provide actionable insights into workforce performance, productivity, and compliance, driving informed business decisions.Compliance: Ensure that the Infor WFM system is configured to comply with labor laws, regulations, and organizational policies, minimizing risk and ensuring regulatory adherence.Documentation: Maintain thorough documentation of system configurations, processes, and end-user guides, facilitating knowledge sharing and efficient onboarding.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in information technology or a related field.Proven experience as an Infor WFM Administrator or technical consultant, showcasing expertise in workforce management processes and best practices.In-depth knowledge of Infor WFM Multi-tenant application and its modules, ensuring proficiency in system setup and maintenance.Strong understanding of workforce management processes and best practices, enabling effective problem-solving and decision-making.
