Director of Growth and StrategyAbout the Role:This is a key leadership position responsible for driving growth, strategy, and operational excellence within an organization.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement comprehensive growth strategies, covering fundraising, partnerships, and resource mobilization.Lead proposal development, donor communication, and grant reporting processes in collaboration with program and finance officers.Build and maintain strong relationships with donors, partners, and stakeholders at national and international levels.Oversee the preparation of funding proposals, donor pitches, concept notes, budgets, and reports in collaboration with program and MEAL teams.Explore innovative financing models and strengthen membership engagement.Requirements:Masters degree in business administration, development studies, management, or related field.Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, including at least three to five years in a senior operations or fundraising leadership role within a non-profit, foundation, or social enterprise.Demonstrated success in fundraising and partnership management, with a proven record of mobilizing significant resources from diverse sources.What We Offer:A salary and benefits package commensurate with qualifications, experience, and salary history.
