Head of Strategic PartnershipsWe are seeking a seasoned Head of Strategic Partnerships to spearhead our demand-side B2B partnerships globally. This is an exceptional opportunity to join our team and drive growth through strategic partnerships.The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of acquiring and scaling high-value B2B partnerships, with a strong background in business development, channel management, or related fields.About the Role:Define and implement a global demand-side B2B partnership strategy aligned with company growth.Identify, prioritize, and onboard high-value partners across education consultancies, universities, agents, and finance providers.Develop business cases, financial models, and ROI projections for partnership verticals.Key Responsibilities:Partner Acquisition & OnboardingLead partner sourcing, negotiation, contracting, and onboarding.Build frameworks for partner engagement, incentives, and co-marketing campaigns.Relationship Management & EnablementServe as the primary contact for strategic partners.Build long-term, mutually beneficial relationships.Provide partner training, enablement resources, and SOPs for effective student referral.Performance Tracking & OptimizationDefine KPIs.Track performance, provide insights, and refine partnership strategies.Report to leadership on partner performance and ROI.Team LeadershipBuild, mentor, and lead a high-performing partnership team.Ensure collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations teams.Required Qualifications & Skills:Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.7–12 years of experience in strategic partnerships / business development / channel management (B2B)Strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.Proven track record of acquiring and scaling high-value B2B partnerships.Analytical mindset with ability to drive data-informed decisions.
