Job Title - 1 : Sr. Executive/Executive - Social Media and PR

We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Sr. Executive/Executive - Social Media and PR to enhance the online presence and engagement of an individual focused on public initiatives. This role requires a creative strategist who can develop engaging content, implement effective social media strategies, and manage public relations efforts to increase viewership and public interest in key topics.


Responsibilities :

  • Create and implement comprehensive social media strategies to grow online presence and audience engagement.
  • Analyze and report on social media performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven adjustments.
  • Stay informed about updates to algorithms across all social media platforms.
  • Keep up to date on current affairs and trends.
  • Produce high-quality, compelling content, including posts, graphics, videos, and articles that resonate with the target audience.
  • Collaborate with the individual to ensure content aligns with their messaging and brand.
  • Actively engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and manage online communities to foster positive relationships and encourage dialogue.
  • Monitor social media trends and adapt strategies to leverage current events and relevant discussions.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with media representatives and influencers to secure coverage and increase visibility.
  • Draft press releases, statements, and other communication materials that reflect the individual’s values and initiatives.
  • Monitor public sentiment and address any negative press or social media backlash effectively and professionally.
  • Develop crisis communication strategies as needed.


Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience managing social media platforms for public figures or organizations.
  • Strong writing, editing, and communication skills, with the ability to craft messages that resonate with diverse audiences.
  • Familiarity with social media analytics tools and PR measurement techniques.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to maintain professionalism under pressure.


Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Graphic Design, or a related field.
  • Proven experience managing social media accounts, particularly for organizations or campaigns.
  • Strong graphic design skills with a portfolio showcasing visual work.
  • Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) and social media management tools.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and persuasively.


Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in advocacy or community engagement.
  • Knowledge of current events and trends.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
