Position Summary :-
We are seeking a dynamic and resourceful Recruiter to join our HR consulting team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in identifying, attracting, and onboarding top talent for our clients across various industries. You will partner closely with clients and internal teams to deliver recruitment strategies that align with business objectives while ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities :-
Talent Acquisition:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies tailored to client needs.
- Source, screen, and shortlist qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, referrals, and professional networks.
- Conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.
Candidate Engagement:
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future roles.
- Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Process Management:
- Coordinate and manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including interview scheduling, feedback collection, and offer negotiation.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
