Executive Sales Director for Odisha Region

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Sales Director to lead our sales team in the Odisha region. This is an exciting opportunity to join Peopledeck and drive business growth by developing and implementing effective sales strategies.
Job Description:
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading, mentoring, and managing the state sales team, ensuring they are motivated and aligned with company goals. Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve state-level sales targets
- Analyzing market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to refine and adjust sales strategies
- Leading, mentoring, and managing the state sales team
- Setting sales targets and KPIs for team members, monitoring their performance, and providing regular feedback and coaching
- Recruiting, training, and onboarding new sales representatives as needed
- Identifying and developing new business opportunities within the state
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, contractors, distributors, and other stakeholders
- Expanding the customer base and improving market penetration
- Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction by maintaining strong relationships and providing excellent service
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree; an MBA or relevant professional certification is a plus
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Salary: ₹25,00,000 - ₹35,00,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
