Business Development ManagerWe are looking for a seasoned Business Development Manager to join our team and contribute to the growth of our HoReCa business in North and West India.About the Role:The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, appointing, and managing a strong network of HoReCa-focused distributors across key regions. Additionally, they will drive business development initiatives with QSR chains, regional fast-food chains, and cloud kitchens to expand our product reach and sales.Key Responsibilities:Distributor Acquisition & Management: Develop and maintain relationships with existing and new distributors to ensure seamless product supply and customer satisfaction.QSR & Cloud Kitchen Business Development: Foster partnerships with key QSR chains, regional fast-food chains, and cloud kitchens to increase product trials, adoption, and sales.Export Market Support: Provide market intelligence and support the export team in developing and executing strategies to tap into international markets.Ideal Candidate Profile:To succeed in this role, you should have:Must-Have Experience:4–12 years of experience in institutional or HoReCa sales, with a strong distribution network in North/West India (especially Gujarat).Preferred Background:Experience working with or selling to distributors supplying restaurants/caterers/cloud kitchens, QSR chains (national or regional), hotels, banquets, and corporate kitchens.What We Offer:A dynamic work environment, opportunities for professional growth, and a competitive compensation package.How to Apply:If you are a motivated and results-driven individual with a passion for business development, please submit your application with a detailed resume and cover letter explaining why you would be a great fit for this role.
